An all-round design for all markets but Australia. Air supply to bit face through 8-scalops. Can only be used with the V3 bit assortment. Good overall performance, works well in unconsolidated formations. Part No 52292273 Recommended applications:

V7 Multi hole chuck design

A design for the Australian market only (uses a solid chuck design). Air supply to bit head through 22 small OD holes drilled through the chuck. This design have been develop in order to not infringe on a patent valid on the Australian market. V3 bit design can be used on the V7 hammer design with improved performance in soft and unconsolidated formations. Due to competitor patent portfolio, following RC50 hammer is the only design allowed to use in Australia. This hammer has a sealing built in to the chuck and requires no chuck sleeve (shroud).
