Summary Amish While Young was in Lancaster county apartment, said that the Amish are people who wear very old fashioned, with long beards and have a life away from the technology, they like to be independent. The Amish speak Dutch, similar to German, English and speak only English, however from an Amish home at age 14, while others stay to help on the farm. Questions. where exactly are they? The Amish are in Pennsylvania and speak Dutch, similar to German. how are they traveling? They mount horses in their village. mention four aspects at the Amish dont we? Michael visited a swimming pool in the open air, carrying large impression of people swimming there. before 7 Am people who are training there, they say it's healthy cold water, since they started training have not been sick. although there are doctors who say otherwise. however. Michael decided get into the cold water and swim some meters. after 30 seconds was like a block of ice. Questions. What is the writer trying to do in this text ?
