Important Conclusions
The Biggest Lack was founded in terms of
Physiological Needs : Dormitories Conditions,
Lights-Out and Internet-Out Policy and Wi-Fi
Supply in Campus. Although School Conditions
(libraries and Classrooms) are seen as State of The
Art
Social Needs seem to be very well treated: Lots
of Places and opportunities to meet people, practice
sports, etc.

Two-Factor Theory

Extrinsic Factors
Situation is Good but there are some problems:
Working Conditions (Dormitories and Perceived Fairness of
Tuition and Scholarships)
Relationship With Supervisor : Perceived idea that Professors
don`t avoid Competition among Students
Supervision: Some Perceived Problems in the Organization of
Classes (fail on creating the organization of their tasks)

Intrinsic Factors
Situation seems to be very promising but there are 2 major
problems:
Growth: Sometimes students fail to understand the importance of
what they are learning
Responsibility: There is a perceived idea that sometimes tasks
fail to be both Challenging and Achievable

Conclusion
Medium to Low Level of Dissatisfaction
Medium to High Level of Satisfaction

Suggestions to BNUZ

1. Abolish the lightout and internet-out

policy in dormitories

This measure has the main purpose of improving

the perceived quality of life of every student. By
cutting this policies, BNUZ is giving not only more
responsibility to their students (that will now have
to control their sleeping time) but is also giving

2. Wi-Fi free in all Campus

Learning is about information

This measure will help information spread faster
and will promote not only better motivation but
specially better learning results.
This measure is adopted all over the world In the
best Universities : BNUZ has a good opportunity
to be among the best if they adopt this measure

3. Better illumination in
BNUZ Campus

This measure can not only improve the

Physiological Satisfaction among students but
can also improve the Security in Campus.

Physical: Avoid accidents

Perceived: Better lightning means more

perceived safety for everyone

4. Create a set of
Workshops and
Conferences in order to
Motivate Students to
become more and more Y
People
By creating events where the main idea is to
convince people to become more proactive
BNUZ is creating people that are not only better
prepared to enter the labor market but is
also creating a Quality Standard among its
students. This measure can propagate the belief
that BNUZ Students Care and Like what
they Do

5. Create a Partnership
between BNUZ and
enterprises near the
School
HOW: Internships and a Wide Platform of
Meetings
It can open the school to society and raise
the levels of future employment among
recent graduates
It will also create a new understanding on
students about the importance of learning
things and take the initiative instead of just

Final
Conclusions

Final Conclusions
This Research was both interesting and
Challenging
This Results need more research
(Time and more investigation)
BNUZ still has a long way for
improvement, but not everything is
bad and among the bad things not
everything is directly related with what
school can do
