Result
Banjarbaru of Health Service data obtained about 10% of the total
population of children affected by ISPA.Based on description of
Mrs. Endah Setiyani, AMK as manager of P2 ISPA in Puskesmas
Banjarbaru, the screening process for ISPA case was not difficult,
that only by observing the rhythm of breathing of patients.

Upper respiratory tract infections , especially those caused

by viruses , common in all segments of society in the
months of the rainy season . Sustainable ISPA will be
pneumonia , pneumonia often occurs in young children
who are malnourished . Dust , heat , age, and residence
environmental hygiene factors also have an influence on
pneumonia . Factors burning of land is happening lately is
a factor that has contributed greatly to the increased
patient ISPA in Banjarbaru . In infants aged 0 days very
guarded because it is still weak , after a week of children
should be immunized for the prevention of various
diseases .

Conclusion
Screening is an examination of asymptomatic at one or a group of people to classify
them into categories that are expected to suffered, or not suffered by the disease. The
purpose of screening is to find the disease as early as possible. Examples of screening
application is Screening process about ISPA in Toddlers and Haze Effect Against
Increasing Number of Patients ISPA in Banjarbaru Region.
Suggestion
Preventing disease is better than cure. The easiest step is to maintain a
clean and healthy lifestyle around the residence, get used to dispose of
waste in place in order not to become disease.
