Must Have Materials

PENCILS: If you forget, you must write your name on the board under Silent
Lunch. If my pencil is returned by the end of class, you will not have to serve SL.
If my pencil is not returned, youll serve silent lunch until my pencil is replaced.
Interactive Notebook: You may keep it on my shelf or take it home. If you do not
bring it back, you will receive the following consequences
1st Time- Silent Lunch
2nd Time- Phone Call Home + Silent Lunch
3rd Time- Detention

Homework Folder
All Textbooks will remain in class. Homework will be sent home in homework
folder.

Daily Procedures- Enter/Exit

Before entering class, please line up on the wall outside of room 508.
Once everyone in the class is in line, I will give you permission to
enter. (Yes, continue this procedure even if there is a substitute). If the
bell rings before you are in line, you are late and must get a tardy
pass.
There will be absolutely NO bathroom/locker breaks during class. Once
we enter we remain in class until the bell rings.
Do not get out of your seat to leave until I have checked that your
work area is clean and given you permission to do so.
Once I have given you permission to leave, you may exit out of room
510.

Daily Procedures
Upon entering class: sharpen pencil, gather materials off of shelf
(textbook/Interactive Notebook, Partner Materials), write down homework
One partner must check list on partner materials to be sure everything is in container.

Flow of class on board

Give me 5-Attention
Before I will dismiss the class- One partner needs to check to make sure all
partner materials are in the container
When exiting class: neatly place textbook/Interactive Notebook/Partner
Materials back on bookshelf, all of my work materials must be placed in
correct location, work area must be clean, and desk must be in place. I will
give you permission to leave.
