This SOP proposes to lay down the standard
procedures for reporting and responding to
Employee Relations and Time office activities in
Welspun India Limited Anjar.
The document though comprehensive, is a
generic guideline and must be suitably
interpreted as per requirement of the situation.
The SOP has been made in the form of graphical
matrices for ease of understanding by the
reporters, responders and all others concerned.

PERSONAL FILE MAINTENANCE


Recruitment cell will be responsible for associates personal file preparation.
Every employee who has joined in Welspun, recruitment cell will prepare
their personal file.
After completing recruitment formalities, all the necessary forms have been
filled by the worker.
In the next step, all the form has been scrutinized and signed by authority.
File has been duly completed and number has been allotted to it.
After that, file has been transferred from recruitment cell to Time office
record room.
File has been once again get evaluated for all the parameters by staff of the
time office.
File has been put in the drawers, according to the number allotted to it.
Files of the left workers has been duly taken out , when the worker leaves
the organization.
All the necessary changes have been made in the personnel files, at the
time of confirmation, promotion and leaving of the worker.
