INTRODUCTION

The project titled as Project focusing on Stock Management System

i.e. designed as to ease the work load of stock management.

The main feature include stock control like managing brand ,category.

The software include searching facility by names .

It provide security by admin login.

PURPOSE OF PROJECT

The purpose of the project is to maintain the stock .

Easy search of product.

Maintain the record alphabetically

Alert message for low stock

Updating of the records

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS

Required processor :Pentium 90 MHz or faster

Required RAM :128 MB

25 MB space for installation

20 GB hard-disk

DEMERITS OF THE WORK THAT HAS ALREADY DONE

No proper validation for stock

No searching mechanism

Sno2:

Not maintain the total order.

Not maintain low stock.

Not user friendly

Constant problem of stock-outs, overstocks.

ADVANTAGES OF OUR PROJECT

It provides easy search technique .

View of a total number of brands, categories, product, and orders.

Add, update, and remove brands , category information and product detail.

Generate the orders report by selecting specific start and end date.

It maintain minimun quality of stock in store by showing message if stock is going

to be limited.

FUTURE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

The value of the stock at the end of each provides a basis for financial reporting
on the balance sheet .

Future prediction for most selling stock.
