ARTISTIC BACKGROUND CONT.

In the following decade, she participated in several shows and
enterprises devoted to photography in Europe as well as the
United States
Worked with some Italian Universities where she also taught
photography
Continued her experimentation on photographic tongue in the
context of her works 1981-1982
In 1989, the Gallery of Modern Art presented her retrospective
and the monographMarialba Russo - Fotografie
Through the 1990s, she shifted to more of an intimate and
analytical reflection, where landscapes became an allegory for
inner peace and time
