WHAT IS SMART SCHOOL?


1. Smart School is a Malaysian education system which
learning

institution

that

reconstruct

teaching-learning and school management in order to


prepared children for Information Age.
2. Smart School had become one of the seven flagship of the
Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) that will carry out in
2000. Early in 1996, the Ministry of Education was created
laws of Smart School concept.

thinking.

emotional, and spiritual)

Challenge

Learners attitude. Example: most of the students are
passive
Lack of facilities.
Example: problems related to LANs, PCs, and servers
Parents misunderstanding view of smart school

Advantages
1. IMPROVES THE ACADEMIC PERFORMANCES
2. MAKES THE LEARNING PROCESS MORE ENJOYABLE

DISADVANTAGES
Maintenance. Example:
need to buy any
equipment if it is
brokedown or not
function well.

CONCLUSION
1. The smart school students should ensure all taught that
given by the teachers is a useful knowledge.
2. They need to give efforts to master at all.
3. For the sake of realize that, the smart school students
should ready and understand what teachers have taught.
They must always practice and do revision continuously in
order to become expert in ICT.
