creation cases and issues regarding the user setup

All the other cases regarding Customer Ops should be


reassigned to the Advance Admin team.

How to setup a CO user

When setting up a CO user, you need to follow the same


procedure we use when creating a standard new user, with
a few differences depending on what type of CO user you
need to set up.

There are 4 types of CO users:


Contract Admin (no access to opportunities needed)
CARS user (owner of opportunities)
Contract Admin with access to opportunities needed (not owners of
opportunities)
