History taking
Chief complain : Lump on the right
jaw.
Lump on right jaw since 4 years ago.
Originally came from the lower right
molar teeth, enlarge progressively,
painful, bleeding, producing pus.

Physical examination
Obtained mass size
of 20x10x6 cm,
hard solid, unclear
margin, bumpy,
attached to the
base, bulged into
the oral cavity and
urged the tongue,
there was
ulceration and
destruction of the
teeth 4
X ray Examination
obtained ekspansil lytic lesions
in condyles, ramus, angle, right
mandibular corpus, and part of
the left mandibular corpus,
permeative type destruction,
wide transitional zone, with
soft tissue bulging without
matrix calcification and
periosteal reaction, which
appears damaging the lower
right teeth, supporting
description of primary
malignant bone tumor fo right
mandibular, one of the
differential diagnosis is
ameloblastoma

Panoramic x - ray

lytic lesions appear ekspansile in condyles, ramus, angle and right


mandibular corpus, teeth 17,18,38,44,45,46,47 were missing, 48, it
appears only the rest of the 16,26,29,37 teeth root

Fine Needle Aspiration
Byopsy
Obtained sufficient cell consists of a
group of nucleated epithelial cells
round - oval relatively monotonous,
fine chromatin palisading arranged
with the edges, it is also nucleated
cells spindle relative monotony, be
obtained cyst macrophages, cells
obtained against a backdrop of
mature squamouse amorphous
