• Patient age : 19 years old
• Gender : Male
• From : Jakarta, Indonesia
 Chief Complain
Patient is complaining of having malocclusion and ectopic canines
 Extra Oral Findings
• Face form : Dolichofacial
• Symmetry : Asymmetrical face
• Chin : Chin deviation towards left side
• Profile : Straight profile
• Lips : Competent lips
• Upper lip : Retrusive upper lip
• Lower lip : Protrusive lower lip
 Intra Oral Findings
• Good oral hygiene
• Healthy periodontal tissue
• Maxillary arch deficiency
• Bilateral ectopic canines
• Mandibular dental Midline
deviated 4mm towards left side
• Reverse overjet of -2mm
• Overbite of 5mm
• Scissorsbite of right 2nd molar
• Moderate mandibular crowding
• Severe maxillary crowding
• Bilaterally Posterior Crossbite
• 46 GIC filled
• All teeth are present except 3rd molar
