Khi nim qun l d n
Qun l d n l khi nim ch hot ng p dng kin thc,
k nng, cng c v k thut vo hot ng ca mt d n c
th nhm p ng cc yu cu ca d n (xem Chng 1).
Mt nh ngha khc: Mt tip cn c tnh t chc v phng
php lun coi d n nh mt mc tiu c bit ca t chc
nhm p ng ton b d kin v thi gian, gi thnh v cht
lng.
i hi cn bng gia:
