ADVANTAGES

Academic performance of Malaysian student get improvement across all

nation examination in 2009 in core subject Mathematics, Language And
Science for example.

Teachers, students and parents will be able to access on line assessment items .

Will be causes increasing of living certification.

New teaching strategies will need teaching learning materials and improve
abilities.
 DISADVANTAGES
1. Lack of technological infrastructure and teaching
materials in school in school in rural area.
Limited internet connection
Limitation of infrastructure, for example computer labs
for supported teaching and learning

2. Some teachers are not keen on using the courseware

Because they lack of ICT knowledge
They prefer traditional way to teaching student
 3. Lack of training
some teachers cannot teach effectively .
Experienced teachers lack in ICT knowledge.

4. Students .
Students nowadays are passive
They have every material is provided by their teacher

To have affective e-learning in classroom

 Conclusion
To ensure the successful implementation of Smart Schools , the effort to
prepare teachers as catalysts cannot be ignored any more.

The process of training transfer which is evident and continuous is very

important and will ensure that it becomes a national agenda for
implementation on continuous basis.

This effort must be managed together and not thrust upon the shoulders
of the teachers alone.

Ministry of Education, Principal, Teachers and staffs and also parent

should give a cooperation so that all plans and goals will achieve
successfully
