Lifestyle
Lifestyle was originally coined by Austrian
psychologist Alfred Adler in 1929

A lifestyle is a characteristic bundle of behaviors

that makes sense to both others and oneself in a
given time and place, including social relations,
consumption, entertainment, and dress .
India is world-renowned for exquisitely designed
fashion accessories that are available in a variety of
modern and traditional styles. Most models feature
a distinct flavor that is unique to the country.

The industry constitutes roughly 6,000 enterprises

that benefit from a plentiful supply of raw materials
sourced from numerous cities and states nationwide.

This key advantage has propelled India to become

a leading manufacturing hub for different types of
fashion accessories.

All of which means the calming qualities of the
wellness sector can still bring healthy returns.

The potential for medical tourism may be seriously

underestimated.

Even a small fraction - 2% of spending on health care

in developed countries - could mean a $50bn industry
for India.
Medical Tourism

Kerala alone for medical treatment (in 2006). In
2009 more people travelled to India for critical
medical and medi-spa experiences, creating a
new trend: “medical tourism”. Indian private

Parenting , Family & Society

Family isn't the same any more and neither are

our values. Family used to mean parents and
children, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins
and that family had a bond that was stronger than
steel. That type of family is almost non-existent
today; it is an endangered species on the brink of
extinction.

Philips Interactive Media and Eric Doctorow of
Paramount Worldwide Video developed a method
where full motion video could be pressed on CD in
MPEG 1 format. Around 50 films can be put on a
single CD. Though new technology, like MP3 and
MP4, have come up today, CDs continue to be
widely used by people across the globe
Television and print as fully controllable media still
rule with their immersive powers.

We are easily pulled in by a glossy magazine photo;

a large screen HDTV, usually paired with a cushy
sofa, is downright hypnotic.

When it comes to the web, the fact that we are

sitting in front of a computer busily clicking our
way around, makes it seem a lot more like work
than leisure - and often it is, since a good portion of
web surfing happens at work.
