SYNOPSIS
PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND PRACTICES is a study on the basic knowledge and
understanding of project management. This course also cover the information
of the duty of a technician and assistant engineer, concepts of planning,
scheduling, construction monitoring and quality assurance in project
management. The application of green technology and Microsoft Project for
planning and scheduling, characteristics, advantages, disadvantages, and the
functions of various types of critical path method will be exposed to the
students.
