Company was originally incorporated as "Vajreshwari Cosmetics Private Limited" on January 30, 1984 .

The name of Company was subsequently changed to “Religare Enterprises Private Limited” pursuant to a
special resolution of the members of our Company dated January 10, 2006. The fresh certificate of
incorporation consequent to the change of name was granted to our Company on January 31, 2006, by the
