In Emergency Installation we received 17 patients, consisted

of :
1. Excoriation wound : 6 pts wound toilet + mefenamic
acid discharged
2. Laceration wound : 8 pts wound toilet + suturing +
amoxicillin + mefenamic acid discharged
3. 2nd grade snake bite of 5th finger of right hand : 1 pt
Linear incision + amoxicillin + mefenamic acid + ATS + TT
+ ABU discharged
4. Uncomplicated closed Fracture of intertrochanter of left
femur comminutive : 1 pt skin traction R2A
5. Uncomplicated closed fracture of left distal fibula
communitive, uncomplicated closed fracture of left medial
maleolus oblique displaced, anterior dislocation of left talo-
crural joint ( lauge Hansen SER type ) 1 pts splint
apllication MRKD
