• Chief complaint :
• Pain at right thigh
• History taking :
• Four hours prior arriving to hospital while he was repairing the house ,He
lost his grip and felt from the height of 2 meters .
• His right thigh hit the ground first and he complained of pain and deformity
at right hip and can’t bear her weight.
• He was brought to Hasan Sadikin Hospital for further management
Physical examination

At right Thigh:
L: Bruising +, swelling +, wound -, deformity
+ shortening
F: Tenderness +, distal sensibility normal
compare to other side, CRT <2",
M: ROM Hip Joint limited due to pain
