History Taking:
Chief complain: lump at left ankle
• 7 months prior hospital admission, the patient
complained of swelling that came after she slipped and
sprain her left ankle when patient running
• Then there was lump with the size of a marble, but grew
bigger as an egg
• Patient feels pain in ankle after physical activities and the
pain reduce while resting
• There is no decrease sensibility on the leg
• History of fever was denied.
• History of lumps elsewhere was denied.
• History of night pain was denied
• 3 months before came to Hasan Sadikin Hospital, patient
seek medical treatment to Advent Hospital , got X ray, CT
scan and FNAB examination

• There is no past medical history

L: Swelling +, wound -, deformity –
F: Tenderness -, distal sensibility normal compared to other side, CRT <2“
