These can be:
Co-operative stakeholders work together to achieve
their common aim, win-win situation.

Competitive stakeholders pursue different aims in


order to gain some advantage over the other.

Producer and Consumer
Entrepreneurs and Investors, etc.
Co-operative Relationships

Employees work together as a team


Employees get paid and employers get the work done,
resulting in profit
Producers listen to the customers feedback
Investors provide entrepreneurs with finance in return for
honest information
Competitive Relationships
Employees may compete with one another for a job promotion
Employers may reduce employees wages in order to reduce
costs to remain competitive.
Businesses may compete on pricing e.g. Ryanair and Aer Lingus
