*Walking stretches your mind and your soul.
* Oxygen that get in the morning gives you great amount of
energy
* Burns excess fat.
* keeps us safe from heart diseases
* 30 min fast walking burns

Yoga:
It is derived from the Sanskrit word Yuj, which means union, and is a set of
postures (asanas), breathing and meditation techniques.
There are few asanas which are very important
* Sarvangasana- The increased blood flow Clears
headaches, nasal congestion and sore throats.

* Shirasasan- It relieves stress and tension to the lower body and also
enhances memory and attention span.

* Chakrasana- works as a tonic for the entire body.

* Breathing Exercises- A set of asanas designed for improving


the breath.
Mental Health:
A person needs good mental health to take
maximum right decisions.
*Pranayam: Relieves head ache

*Kirthans:
Chanting bhajans for about 30 min

-The practice of thinking deeply in silence, especially for

and forms. It takes your life , inch by inch.
 Few facts about tobacco:
* Tobacco is a dangerous cocktail of about 4000 harmful
substances including nicotine, tar , Carbon monoxide, hydrogen
cyanide, formaldehyde..,
* Smokers are 10 times likely to die of lung cancer.
* According to recent survey conducted by NDTV, the smoking
habit starts from 10 years old boy.
* About 80% oral cancers are caused due to smoking, gutka,
panparag ..,
* Tobacco kills one person every six seconds.
* prevention is the most effective strategy for the control of
cancer.
* People who quits smoking, reduces risk of dying by 50%
compared to those who continue to smoke

* we can have healthy citizens for the future.
