Lung abscesses are localized

infiltrations of lung that are usually caused by Staph,


anaerobes or mixed infections.
They can develop from any pneumonia.

DEFINISI :
Abses paru :
Suatu kavitas dalam jaringan paru yang
berisi material purulent berisikan sel-sel
radang akibat proses nekrotik parenkim
paru
Etiologi :
Infeksi bakteri pyogenik, terutama
anaerob, mirobakteria, jamur, parasit
dan komplikasi penyakit paru lainnya
Gejala Klinis :
Demam, batuk produktif, kehilangan BB,
nyeri dada, malaise, nafas berbau, sputum
berbau busuk
