Cronos functionality & WTT (old) functionality are merged into one tracker

Team, with status ASSIGNED, next process are from ASSIGNED IN PROGRESS

OSS TEAM that already
dispatch from SL • Next after the OSS team done their Job do the Update status in CRONOS
• If OSS Team shift finished and Ticket still in progress/Open, they ask SL to Handover
