 Scientist

The number of scientist in Indonesia is not equal with the number of disaster
happens. So, with its number will make not enough study about disaster in
Indonesia and the mitigation way.
 Early Warning System
Indonesia has not enough early warning system to be installed in every vulnerable
zone in all regions of Indonesia. And the early warning system often doesn’t work
well. It makes the people around the location panic when the disaster happens
and do not know what should they do to save their self.
 Knowledge

The lack of knowledge about disaster mitigation is the main reason why there are
many victims happens.
