St. Philomena She was canonized in 1837
St. Philomena is the patron saint of infants, babies, and youth
When she was 13 years old she took a vow of consecrated
virginity.
Her family was relocated to Rome where a Emperor
Life Diocletian fell in love with her.
She was tormented for staying true to her vow and not giving
in to Diocletian.
Angels would come to her aid
St. Philomena was martyred at the age of fourteen.
Connection to It is believed she died at three in afternoon, the same time as
Christ.
