Conclusions

• Huge increment in CS and PS traffic is detected

• SDCCH traffic increment is detected as well
• All KPIs suffered of huge degradation except for HO KPIs which were
slightly degraded
• UL/DL Edge throughput KPIs are increased consequently this is due to the
increment in C/I resulted after adding the power booster to the cell

Recommendation

For such kind of equipment it’s recommended to be used in places where

coverage enhancement will not lead to extra traffic absorption
So I advise to have the same trial in Sharora desert highway and have the
trial results there otherwise we will face a huge degradation in performance.
