Qualifications:

 Establish Filipino Citizen

 Completion of secondary school

program or Philippine Educational
Placement Test (PEPT)
 Employed at least 5 years
experience related to academic
degree program

 At least 25 years old

( supported by NSO birth certificate)
 SUCCESS IS NO ACCIDENT
