• The case of Humala can be
explained from the moment that
as new elected governors it falls
under the system of influences of
the corporate economic elite.
• Ollanta Humala, is not
the one who governs the
country, but the lobbies
and the representatives
of the Confiep, who
exercise power
Some of the lobbies in which Humala has been involved are in the fishing sector and in the oil sector.
In the first case, the objective of the lobby would be the repeal of the decree that imposes limits on fishing,
affecting the large companies in the Brescia group's orbit. The exit of Minister Triveño, would be for this
lobby an opportunity to advance their agenda.
Regarding the oil sector, the objective of the pressure groups would be to consolidate the blockade of
public investment in the Talara refinery.

• Ollanta, already given too much taking decisions in favor of these,

letting themselves be influenced by third parties.
CHEHADE ON RULING IN FAVOR OF
OLLANTA AND NADINE: "THERE WAS
A LEGAL LOBBY IN THE TC"
• Omar Chehade, former vice president and nationalist congressman, criticized the
decision of the Constitutional Court (TC) to annul the preventive detention of
Ollanta Humala and his wife, Nadine Heredia.
• The ruling has been a political resolution and represents "a leap into the void," as
"It would be a huge precedent to open the doors to the big sharks and political
leaders who have similar problems." He added that it is not only a precedent of
corruption, " but also of terrorism, drug trafficking and homicide, ".
• He said that the members of the TC who voted in favor of approving the habeas
corpus of Ollanta and Nadine will have to be held responsible for their actions,
since, in their opinion, now there is a greater risk of the couple fleeing the country.
"There was a legal lobby in the Constitutional Court.
• El gobierno de Humala tuvo la percepción de que la primera prioridad del
Estado es la promoción de las grandes inversiones y las reformas tributarias
que las faciliten.
