While completing my internship I was exposed through different
topics which enhances my learning, some of the learning are:

FINDINGS
 Observed the different functions of HR department & HR policies.

 Also got the knowledge that how organization is following their values
in a very sincere way.

 Observed how they are doing performance appraisal on the basis of


achievement of targets by the employees in the given time through
ERP.

 While working on ERP, I came to know that how they are maintaining
the databases of the employees for all the departments region-wise &
its importance.

 They emphasis on providing better work environment to their
employees, so that they can work efficiently & smoothly.

 Each employee gets a particular task & was accountable for the
same to their head i.e. there is no misleading about work.
RECOMMANDATIONS
 The company should give the compensation as per the skills ,
so that employees could do efficient working.

 Organization must enhance work force motivation to improve


productivity.

 Organization need to empower their employees by allowing


them greater autonomy and control and to design jobs that are
more stimulating. This will enhance the personal productivity.

 Interdependency of other department should be well studied,


coordinated for effective output .

 The employees goals are well studied and structured. The key
related areas are properly designed and clearly mention to
employees.

 Goal setting programs undertaken with schedule to find proper


perspective employees for higher posts, giving training, discussing
on the job responsibilities.
CONCLUSION

In this short span of time of 60 days , this internship


has been an excellent and rewarding experience. I
can conclude that there have been a lot I have
learned from my work like understanding the
procedures and environment of company which can
be learned practically no theoretically.
