Here, the values are defined as follows:
1. P, is the required axial strength under LRFD or the required allowable axial
strength with ASD.
2. P. is the available axial strength with LRFD or the available allowable axial
strength with ASD.
3. M,x and M,y are the required design flexural strengths about the x and y axes
under LRFD and the required allowable flexural strengths with ASD.
