During a disaster(Disaster Occurrence) After a disaster(post Disaster) 1.Before a Disaster Activities taken to reduce human and property losses caused by a potential hazards. For example carrying out awareness campaigns strengthening the existing weak structures. Preparation of the disaster management plans at household and community level. Such risks reductions measures taken under this stage. 2.During a Disaster Initiatives taken to ensure that the nee island provisions of victims are met. Suffering is minimized. Activities under taken this stage are called emergency response activities 3.After a Disaster Initiatives taken in response to a disaster with a purpose to achieve early recovery.
