Introduction
Computer LAB was set up in 1990 by couple of IT Professional as a Registered SSI unit,
to provide total IT solution & services locally within the state, when IT was in its
infant stage.

Since inception, due to constant Endeavour and effort by the promoters, it has
achieved its objectives to prove as a successful & preferred IT Service provider in the
State for different Govt., Semi-Govt., and Private Organizations including MNCs.

Computer LAB was started at heart of Cuttack, the commercial capital of Orissa
with, with state-of-the-art IT infrastructure and facilities on 1st April,1990.

Presently having Corporate Office & Data Center at Bhubaneswar.

Having Project Office at Bhubaneswar, Kolkota, Bangalore, Patna.

The state-of-the-art IT center located at Cuttack, incorporates a 40-seat capacity data
processing & software development center with high-speed internet communication
links and an array of contemporary hardware, software and communication
technologies.

The Corporate office & Project Management Unit at Bhubaneswar with state of the
art ICT facilities to manage and monitor the projects being executed across the
nation.

Computer LAB has been Registered with Software Technology Park of India.

GoO has allotted 18000 sqft. Of land inside INFOCITY, Bhubaneswar, where
construction has already been completed and planning to commence our state of
the art ITES/BPO center by April,2016.

Since the year 2010, Computer LAB has been consistently engaged more than 600+
regular IT professionals backed by freelance consultants and domain experts across
five different state being part of the Nation’s biggest NPR/Aadhaar Project.

 District Coordinator will maintain Check / Edit List and Exception List of all Input.
Traces of correction will be verified by the District Coordinator with random
inspection of data based on such lists.
 Creation of appropriate samples, sample checking and reporting to Internal Quality
Review Team.

Organization Roles

Report Mechanism, Risk mitigation, Exception handling and SLA

Management.
 An overall Project Manager will be in charge of each Division & the Project Team to ensure
the progress of work and will interact with the Divisional Head Officials.
 A Project Monitoring & Support Team will monitor on day to day basis from our Corporate
Project Monitoring Office to ensure and maintain the quality & time line in Billing and
interact & deliver all MIS Reports as per requirement.
 Each District Coordinator will report to the Project Manager.
 Back up manpower in PMU(Project Management Unit) to meet at the attrition situation.
 Continuous performance evaluation and district level soft skill training regarding quality of
job, data handling, public interaction, dos and don'ts by our Quality Assurance team from
Corporate Office.
 Our HR team will ensure the daily attendance, statutory compliance like PF & ESIC and
payment sheet based on attendance to be delivered to management for payment to all
Project personnel in due time through bank transfer.
 The COO & CEO will actively monitored and will take need based decision instantly to
ensure timely delivery of the job and will ensure timely payment to all the executives and

National Population Register/ Aadhaar Project

• Facilitating the creation of a biometrics-based Unique Identity

system in the country, allowing identity cards for all Residents, the
Union Cabinet has launched the scheme for creation of a National
Population Register (NPR) under MHA & UIDAI under Planning
Commission,

How NPR/Aadhaar is useful to common man

• Each individual will have demographic data and

Biometric data and UID No. known as Aadhaar No./
Card which will be of great use in providing various
services like Proof of Identity, issue of Passports,
Driving licenses, PAN Numbers, Service Identity
Card, Opening of Bank accounts, getting new Ration
cards, Issue of Property documents, getting direct
benefits from different Govt. Schemes like

• Major Milestones:
• 1990 : Gained a 10% share in the firm (without Financial Investment), as
recognition for efforts and became Partner from an Employee.
• 1992 : Gained 45% share as major partners disinvested their shares (staggered
payback through, internal Revenue generation).
• 1993 : 1st Continuous revenue earning project bagged from Orissa State
Electricity Board.
• 1996 : Short-listed as Vendor for Preparation of Electors Photo Identity
Card (EPIC).
• 1998 : The Founder Partner disinvested his entire 55% share which was
acquired. Of the 100% share I had disinvested 25% share to my wife as
Partner.
We bagged the prestigious order for mega e-Governance project
Computerization of Land Records for Cuttack District, worth of Rs. 130
Lakhs.
