BACKGROUND

We believe that not all the student satisfied with the cafeteria facilities. Therefore, this is important
to make the students’ comfortable with the cafeteria facilities. This presentation is based on the
findings of a survey conducted from 25 September 2015-2 October 2015. Questionnaires were
distributed to students’ in all department.
PURPOSE

We are conducting a survey about the student’s satisfaction of the cafeteria in Politeknik
Kota Kinabalu. The purpose is to get the feedback from students’ satisfaction the cafeteria facilities.
METHOD

Around this survey, 50 respondents were chosen randomly to fill the questionnaire. The
questionnaire were distributed and collected by each of the member group. We using likert scale to
complete the questionnaire.

CONCLUSION

It can be concluded that most of the student of all department in Politeknik Kota Kinabalu agree
and satisfied with 60% students that are satisfied about the cafeteria that are provided in Politeknik
Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
RECOMMENDATIONS

The cafeteria need to provide a fresh food for the students. Besides, cafeteria need to
provide Wi-Fi connection for the student’s usage. Furthermore, cafeteria need to provide sinks to
wash the dirty dishes. Lastly, cafeteria should provide enough toilet facilities for students.
