Survey – Sample Characteristics
• Collected data from healthcare sector
• Group selected were doctors
• Age group < 30 years
• Total number of samples = 58
• Basic educational Qualification - MBBS
Survey - Method
• Used electronic interviewing method
• Circulated google forms and passed on to friends and friends of
friends
• Google form included questionnaire to measure the level of
adaptiveness
• We used 5point- Likert scale to measure the responses to the
questionnaire
Survey – Observations
• We did analysis of the data using mean and variance
• Work enjoyment, average variance as 0.450
• Work competence, average variance = 0.690
• Work autonomy, average variance = 0.559
• Interpersonal adaptive behaviour, average variance = 0.540
• Service offering adaptive behaviour, average variance = 0.409

• Outcome-related performance, average variance = 0.533
Survey - Conclusion
• Average variance extracted of scales were above 0.50, except for work
enjoyment and service offering adaptive behaviour.
• Based on the standardized coefficients and p-value, it was found that
all hypotheses were supported at p = 0.05, except for H5b as p value
for H5b was found to be greater than 0.05
• the analysis reveals that the work perceptions of physicians were
found to make a significant contribution to their performance of
adaptive behaviour at work.
