Objective: The research is conducted to check the satisfaction with healthcare access lacking in
Spain, Italy.
Characteristics: Data is collected through survey method from most part of the countries giving
better understading for the solution. Quantitative data is obtained.
The research design adopted is most suitable because the descriptive research encompasses 6 W’s
and brings all the information together. The questions are structured which makes it easier to analyze
and find conclusion. The data obtained are reliable and reduces the variablity in the results. The
sample size is large and comprises people from all backgrounds.
Research Method Used: Methods adopted here are face-to-face interviews and telephonic interviews,
which incorporates most of the quantitative data. They could have added email interviews too, in order to
obtain better results as most of the people are digitally connected and updated in the present world.

 Facebook Users' Privacy Concerns Up Since 2011

Research design used: Cross-sectional Descriptive Research Design (Conclusive Research)

Objective: The research is conducted to undertand the provacy concerns of Facebook users.
Characteristics: Data is collected through survey method is in the quantitaive form. The data is
helpful to derive patterns and reach at conclusions about the people from the sample.
The research design adopted is cross sectional descriptive research design. It comprises of data
attained through telephonic inteview and is collected from an individual once. It shows the
characteristics of the people regarding their concerns or the lack of regarding the privacy. Cross
sectional research gives the results of the moment it was taken and hence doesn’t completely give us
how concern has grown or reduced.
Research Method Used: Methods adopted here telephonic interviews. To obtain better results and
more data, the research should have incorporated methods like email interviewing, social media polls.

Alternate Research Design: The researchers could have used Longitudinal Research design to
improve the accuracy and results of the research. Longitudinal research helps in finding the fluctuations
in behaviors as the data is collected from them repeatedly over a period of time and gaining how they
were deproved of privacy, if any by Facebook. This gives better results as it can establish sequences of
events.
