Women travelers are perceived to be especially interested in


security, cleanliness, communication facilities, style and
ambience of space, smooth check-in/check-out procedures
as well as in comfortable access and/or transfers. Today
hotels provide complimentary airport transfers to all women
and specially challenged guests. The women travelers is
often considered a valuable guest and many hotels dedicate
a complete floor where only women guests reside. Even the
service staff allocated to these floors are women. The

bathroom amenities which are unique to women. Hotel staff
are trained to follow proper etiquette in language and

Hotels also allocate rooms on lower floors to senior
citizens, and may have a butler service to assist
these guests with special services. Every hotel has
at least two ‘handicap rooms’ fitted with special
facilities for specially challenged or physically
