 Abstract
Developing an online system to empower women to get
exposure to various fields. Provide online mentoring to women.
To be able to share experiences through news letter, success
stories and socially connect to the members of the community.
The members of this community tend to gain wider support in
various social activities for the women. To educate women on
various government schemes for relevant to them and facilitate
applying for them.
 Existing System
• The existing system which is running now doesn’t have any resources and
social awareness for the economically backward women.
• These people don’t get as many opportunities as the people who are at
good level.

Proposed System
• The proposed system helps the economically backward women to get
ample amount of resources and social awareness.
• The proposed system helps the people to improve their skillsets and get
good opportunities.

• This application consists following modules.
• 1. Administrator

• 1. Administrator:
Administrator be able to create, update, delete maintain
the data of various government schemes for women.
Administrator be able to upload monthly news-letter on the site
and system will send automailer.
2. Mentor:
Mentors could suggest certain students who according to them
require assistance in nontechnical matters to members of the
registered NGOs thus enabling a private communication between the
student and the NGO.
3. Protégé:
Protégé be able to take up various tests online which will help
the student to realize her in built talents for various fields. Based on
this, system has to suggest suitable career options to the End User -
Protégé. A list of the top universities and schools should also be
displayed based on various factors namely geographic location,
university ranking and relevant scholarships .
4. End User:
End user be able to search for various government schemes
available in various fields for women and be able to get all the related
information like eligibility, application process, documents required,
last date PF submission, contact address and phone numbers etc.

• This project is developed for the women who are
economically backward in order to improve their skillset,
giving them job opportunities and social awareness.
• This website will help the backward and undergraduates to get
the job opportunities which are proposed by the Government
or private NGO’s.
