INTRODUCTION
 1.1 PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION

Title:SOCIAL SERVICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The project has been designed in order to provide working overview of the social
service management group.
In this web system,it will be able to present user all related information about the
management system as a normal website in the internet.It can solve the problems
of many people in the community through their collective involvement.
The social service management website maintain details of a group
member,donor,events ,occasions and other activities.
Donor can easily contact to management through various options such as
email,call,message that are available in website.
1.2 OVERVIEW
The goal of social work is to reduce suffering
people’s problems.Social work enhances
social functioning of individuals,groups and
families by providing recreational services to
the public and by a judicious use of leisure
time,can prevent delinquency and crime in
the society.

It also links client system with the needed

resources.Social work helps the individual
in bringing about a change in environment
in favour of his growth and development.

It deals with the scientific solution and

treatment of the social and individuals
problems.Its main aim is to increase human
happiness in general.

Social work has been focused towards the

attainment of two goals;
First:the creating of those conditions which
help to make a more satisfying way of life
possible.
Second:the development within the
individual as well as community,that which
helps to live more adequately and creativity.
1.3 OBJECTIVES

It is designed for better interaction

between group member,donor and
management of social work.
This application gracefully handles all
the requirements easy for social work
management.

The Social Work management

application system begin web based can
be accessed from anywhere in the world
which enables the donor,group member
and management to be in touch with
each other any time.The system
provides only the most basic of
functions needed by any user and still
manages to let the platform function
perfectly.
The objective of system is to simply
process of managing the needs of
people and fulfill their requirements.
1.4 SCOPE
Financial help to the poor.It includes
cash grants,general assistance such as
hospital and medical care and
supplemental security income.
Social provisions that are funded by
employees through contributions to a
specific program.
Other resources that can be used by the
poor for food and shelter.
To measure the services offered as they
relate to needs.

Php:
PHP (recursive acronym for PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor) is a
widely-used open
source general-purpose scripting language that is especially
suited for web
development and can be embedded into HTML.
Following tasks are possible with Php:
 PHP can generate dynamic page content
 PHP can create, open, read, write, delete, and close files on
the server
 PHP can collect form data
 PHP can send and receive cookies
 PHP can add, delete, modify data in your database
 PHP can be used to control user-access
 PHP can encrypt data
 With PHP you are not limited to output HTML. You can
output images, PDF files,
 and even flash movies. You can also output any text, such
as XHTML and XML.
Advantages of Php are:
 PHP runs on various platforms (Windows, Linux, Unix,
Mac OS X, etc.)
 PHP is compatible with almost all servers used today
(Apache, IIS, etc.)
 PHP is easy to learn and runs efficiently on the server side
1.6 LIMITATIONS
Privacy issue:It may difficult to secure the
data.

Lag of the system:sometimes system may

lag due to numbers of users.

Time consumption:sometimes it may take

time to update new records.

User Authenticity:
Currently there is no way to verify users to
who they claim to be as anyone with a valid
email ID sign up on the platform.

User friendly Interface.
Time saving.
Details about dance forms are easily
maintain.
It will reduce manual billing.
Doesn’t require a strong Internet
connection
It is very helpful in this competitive world.

MODULES
Admin: Admin is responsible for managing
the entire student data and making a part of
that data available to student as and when
required. Admin updates the student’s data
and also updates the other online resources
available for students.

Login:- where student can login to the

application by entering username and
password

Register:- student can register to the

application by specifying name, contact
number and email address.

AboutUs:- Student can gather Roshan Dance

Academy description.

Class Description:-Users can get entire

information of class such as class time,
batch etc.
Admission Form:-Student can take
admission for the class by fulfilling the form.

Events:-In these module user can notify all

the upcoming events.

Contact Us:- All users or non-users can

contact with admin

Feedback:-All users or non-users can give

their feedback according to social work
management.
FEASIBILITY STUDY
An important outcome of preliminary investigation is to
determine whether the proposed system is feasible or
not.
It reviews the alternative solution and its objective is not
solving the problem.
Three key consideration are involved in feasibility
analysis
Economic Feasibility
Technical Feasibility
Operation Feasibility

ECONOMIC FEASIBILITY:-
Development of this application is highly economically
feasible. As no papers required so it reduced cost. This is
an ongoing process that improves accuary at each phase
of the system development lifecycle. The basic resource
to be considered are as follow:-

Cost of doing entire system study

Estimated cost of hardware.
Estimated cost of software

TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY:-
We can strongly say that it is technical feasibility study,
since there will not be much difficulty in getting required
resource for the development and maintaining the
system as well. The current technical resource available
in the organization is capable of handling new user
requirement.

OPERATIONAL FEASIBLITY:-
It considered the acceptability of the system and checks
whether
1.System will be used if it is developed and implemented.
2.The user will be able to handle the system easily.
The long term benefit of the system would enhance the
working style of the operational user.
10 STAKE HOLDERS

Stake holders are the people or persons who have an interest in the success of a new system.
Stakeholders are divided into 3 groups:
1) The user who actually use a system on a daily basis.

2) The clients those who pay for an own the system.

3) Technical staff, which must ensure that the system operates in the computing environment of the
organization.

1) User stakeholders:

In the Dairy, there is the management, staff, operators and who work with the system like the user.
There is advantage to that user for keeping the old records of the production. The management of the
shop help to a user for their queries.

2) Client stakeholders:

Client is a person or group who is providing the funds for the projects. It can be a board of trusties.

3) Technical stakeholders:

The technical staff includes the people who establish and maintain the computing environment of the
organization. They provide guidance in areas such as programming languages, computer platforms and
equipment’s.
