 Grab is one of the platforms headquartered in
Singapore and is used most often in Southeast Asia,
Grab provides customers with daily necessities,
including travel, messaging between food, shipping
goods and payment through digital wallets. Currently
Grab provides services in Singapore, Indonesia,
Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar
and Cambodia. This application was founded by
Anthony Tan and Tan Hooi Ling who came from
Malaysia. The features contained in this grab
application include:

 . In the Grab application there are feature sfor a grabbike,
grabdelivery (GrabExpress) and food ordering features
(GrabFood). While Bluebird does not provide these
features.
 2. Rateson Bluebird are more expensive than Grab. The
Bluebird has a basic tariff of Rp.7,500, a Rp.4,000 per meter
tariff and a cancellation fee of Rp.15,000 while in Grab the
baserate is only 2,000, the tariff per kilometer is 3,500
where as there is no tariff for each booking cancellation.
 3. Grab does not impose a metered tariff while Bluebird
imposes a metered tariff.
 So from that,customers will be more interested in using the
Grab application than Bluebird so that theuse of the Grab
applicationis superior.
In the opinion of our group, the idea that we can
give from these two companies is to add service
features to the application such as tograb, namely:
 GrabMart
This grab feature is a feature that can make it
easier for customers to buy an item from several stores
such as buying medicines at a pharmacy. And then the
item is delivered directly to the customer's home.
 Grab Clean
This grab feature can make it easier for customers
to clean the house so that people who tend to be busy
with work can easily order grabclean to clean it and
clean equipment a thome such as cleaning AC (AC
Service).
