Clinical picture : Charcot Triad (Biliary pain, Jaundice,
Chill and Rigor)
Slight hepatomegali, tenderness.
BloodCulture : E. Coli, Klebsiella, Proteus dan
Pseudomonas.
Patogenesis : Biliary tract obstruction, Increase
intralumen pressure, Bile acid infection.
