Objective
The primary objectives of CSR policy is to grow a sense of responsibility and respect for employees, clients
and society – combined with a determination to help reinvest in the future.

Reward
Capgemini awards three National Community Volunteers (Annual) every year.
Every National Community Volunteer receives gift vouchers of Rs. 10,000 each.

Assessment Parameters
• Project / work contents (objectives behind the work done)
• Employee’s contribution (in terms of contribution of time, services, spirit)
• Outcome of contribution (how it benefited the target beneficiary)
• Self learning (kind of fulfilment employee got and how it helped him / her achieve
objectives)
The objective of the Trust is:

1)To provide financial assistance in times of distress for


maintenance, medical treatment including hospitalization, and
other related or similar purposes or such other objects as may
be adopted from time to time to Beneficiaries

2)Such other objects as the Trustees at its discretion may


adopt from time to time.
Employees are required to undergo a minimum of 40 hours of training
during a calendar year

Opportunities given to employees to study certification courses offered


at Capgemini University in France and Netherland.

Employees can get reimbursement for external Certification

Access Security Infrastructure:
• Card access security into the building area from the main reception.
• Unauthorized access prohibited inside the work area.
• Vigilance cameras fitted all round the campus including the parking space.
Access to Server Rooms:
• Biometrics access (thumb image) security enabled.
• Access available only to members of infrastructure team.
Access to Isolated Project Work-areas:
• Separate isolated carded access work-areas for highly secured projects.
• Separate servers for work, disconnected from internet.
• CD Drives, pen drives etc. disabled.

Crisis Management :
• To ensure continuous business support to the worldwide clientele.
• In the event of any natural calamity, safe evacuation of employees is the prime focus.
• It has two offices in vicinity and is well equipped to ensure business continuity within 24 – 48 hrs.
• Data backup transferred weekly from one location to another within the country and by weekly from all countries to
data centres at France and US.

Objective:

Goals and Initiatives:
