RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
Anti-Sensitivity result
The zone of inhibition in terms of their

respective extract concentrations (%)


- 50% concentration of the extract inhibits the growth of the bacteria

at around 8.4 millimeters of the disc.

- 75% concentration of the extract, it inhibited the growth of

bacteria at 9.3 millimeters of the disc.

- 100% concentration, it also inhibited growth of the bacteria at

around 9.8 millimeters of the disc.


- Each concentrations has a standard deviation error bar. Each of

these error bars overlap each other, which implies that the

differences are not statistically significant.


Summary of data gathered
- It can be observed that each trials, with their corresponding

repetition, is compressed into count.


Anova single factor
- P-value is greater than the alpha, 0.072580948 > 0.05, therefore

the null hypothesis will be accepted and there are no significant

differences.
