 WHAT IS HACKSAW:-

A hack saw is a fine

toothed saw originally
& principally for cutting
metal. They can also
cut various other
materials such as
plastic & wood.

HAND SAW:-

In woodworking & carpentry

handsaws are used to cut
pieces of wood into different
shapes. This is usually done in
order to join a pieces together
& carve a wooden object.
 POWER HACKSAW:-

Power hacksaw is a
machine use to cut across
materials like metal &
bones. Aluminium ,brass &
mild steel are other
materials the power
hacksaw is capable of
slicing through.
 Double Acting Hacksaw:-

In order to achieve high

productivity of work pieces
we use double acting
hacksaw machine , by using
this we can cut 02 metal bar
simultaneously.

 WORKING PRINCIPLE-

The scotch yoke mechanism is a

reciprocating motion mechanism
, converting the rotational
motion into the linear motion or
vice-versa.
