One of the most influential models

in 1965 by Bruce Tuckman. His
original model identified four stages
that all groups pass through as they
move from "newly formed" to
"high-performance" teams. Those
stages are Forming, Performing,
Norming and Adjourning.
Essentials for teamwork skills

• Ability to listen
• Delegation
• Show respect
• Being helpful
• Set the environment
Reasons of failure
• Lack of leadership
• Presence of disruptive personalities
• Lack of proper training
• Not enough team meetings
Ants make the teamwork the dreamwork
“When many work together for a
goal, great things can be
accomplished. As it is said that a
lion cub was killed by a single
colony of ants.”
