Definition of introduce
Talking about self and family is usually done when
you have to introduce it to others
Introduction means the process, the way, the act of
knowing or recognizing
The introduction usually involves him/herself and
him/her family
Purpose of introduce
• A person tells about him/herself and him/her
family usually aims to:
• 1. In order for others to be more familiar about
himself
• 2. to know the background of his family
• 3. Provide a more complete identity to others
• 4. When someone new meet with others
 The steps of introduce
The steps of a person who wants to tell him/her self
and him/her family usually start with the following
order:
• 1 Greet first those around you
Example Greetings that can be used that is: Good
Morning, Good Afternoon, Hello Everyone, Hello
Everybody
• 2 Mentioned the purpose you stand in front of
them with some applicable word that is: Allow me
to introduce myself, let me introduce my self, i’m
here to introduce myself
• 3. Introduce yourself with your full name and
nickname.
It usually starts with My Complete name is ..., My
name is ..
For a nickname you can start with My nick name is ..
, You can call me ..
• 4. Say where and when you were born and how old
you are today.
Usually starts with i was born on ...
While the age starts with i am ... years old
5. Tell me about where you live with
the word can use is : i live at ...
As for the hobby can use the sentences : l like ...

6. Tell about your family like with whom you live, how
many siblings, what is your parent's job, your surname
and profession
Example the sentences :
I live with ..
I have ... brother or sister
Job of my parents is ..
7. Make a closing sentence.
Using these sentences : This Is the end of my self

• Tenses commonly used are Simple Present Tense
The tenses used are usually in the form of positive
sentences
There are 2 formulas that is:

Good morning everyone, let me introduce myself in a short time. My
name is Salsabila Nazmie Putri Syarief, and you can call me Nazmie. I
was born in Jakarta, February 17th 2002. It means that i’m fifteen years
old right now. I’m a muslim. I live at Peta Selatan street number 86,
West Jakarta. My hobby is travelling. And i want to be a doctor. In my
house i live with my parents. My father work as an entrepreneur and my
mother is a housewife. I have one younger brother, his name is Tsaqif,
he is twelve years old. Now he is studying in junior high school. I think
that is enough and i would say thank you for your attention.
Introduce 2 : Dwi
Good morning everyone, let me introduce myself in a short time. My
name is Cindy Dwi Pramesti, and you can call me Dwi. I was born in
Jakarta, August 18th 2001. It means that i’m fifteen years old right now.
I’m a muslim. I live at Kumbang street number 112, West Jakarta. My
hobby is reading. And i want to be a doctor. In my house i live with my
parents. My father work as an privat employee and my mother is a
housewife. I have one older sister , her name is Tia, he is twenty one
years old. Now she is studying in a university. I think that is enough and i
would say thank you for your attention.
Introduce 3 : Salsabil
Good morning everyone, let me introduce myself in a short time. My
name is Salsabil Nur Amalia, and you can call me Salsabil, salsa, or Sabil.
I was born in Jakarta, September 11th 2001. It means that i’m fifteen
years old right now. I’m a muslim. I live at Timbul Jaya street number
197, West Jakarta. My hobby is swimming. And i want to be a midwife.
In my house i live with my parents. My father work as an privat
employee and my mother is a housewife. I have one older brother, his
name is Opan, he is twenty three years old. Now he is studying in a
university. And i have one younger broter his name is Naufal, he is five
years old. Now he is studying in a kindergarten. I think that is enough

Good morning everyone, let me introduce myself in a short time. My
name is Tyas Ayu Fadhillah, and you can call me Tyas. I was born in
Jakarta, September 14th 2002. It means that i’m fourteen years old right
now. I’m a muslim. I live at 20 Desember street number 20, West
Jakarta. My hobby is swimming. And i want to be a lecturer of
mathematics. In my house i live with my parents. My father work as an
entrepreneur and my mother is a housewife. I have two older brother,
the first one is Ivan, he is nineteen years old. Now he is studying in a
university. And the second is Rizky, he is twenty fouryears old. Now he
has graduated and holds a S1 degree. I think that is enough and i would
