Introducing my Self in English

There are many kinds of Introducing Self in English. It depend on the situation and context.
They are
1. Introducing self as individual. The example as bellow:

Good morning all.

On this occasion, allow me to make an introduction to who I am. My name is Riki Satria. I
am the first of three children. I was born in Bekasi, Juli 14th 1990. Currently, I live in Jalan
Kebon Waru number 33, Tangerang, South Jakarta.

Speaking of a hobby, music is one of my hobbies. I can play the guitar since 4th grade and
now I have created 4 songs. I have a dream to make a band and will share a stage with
Coldplay. Hopefully, my dream can come true.

I have 2 siblings who are still in elementary school, Nini and Nina, they’re twins. My father
works for a prominent contractor company and my mother works in the hospital. I guess
that’s all I can say about this introduction. Thank you very much for your attention.

2. Introducing Self and family

Good morning everyone!

Allow me here to introduce myself. My name is Firmansyah, I was born in Southeast

Sulawesi, but currently, I live in Jakarta. I am 20 years old. My father is a teacher and my
mother is a housewife. I love them both. I am the second of three children in my family.

My hobbies are playing guitar and drums. My favorite food is Gado-Gado and
my favorite drink is melon juice. All right, I think that’s enough. So, I would like to say, thank
you.

3. Introducing self related to the job

Good morning Ma’am/Sir.

It’s my pleasure to introduce my self. Well, I’m Atika Anindya. I was born and raised in
Jakarta.

I am a fresh graduate from University of Indonesia majoring in management. And, I am a

hardworking person, can work in a team, and always try to get things done.

My short term goal is that I can develop myself to be better for this company. So that I can be
a reliable employee.

My long-term goal is to be the one who contributes to the success of the company. Apart from
that, I want to make your company a benchmark for other companies. My motto is always to
try to give the best for the company.

It’s all about me Ma’am/Sir. Thank you so much for giving me this unforgettable opportunity.

4. Introducing to close relation

Good morning friends!

My name is Rizki Adatama. I was born on April 1st 1993 and grew up in Aceh. I am currently
studying as a first-year student at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning, majoring in
Architecture at the Islamic University of Indonesia. As for my family, I have two brothers and
one sister while I am the eldest among them. My father is a journalist in the Kompas
newspaper in my town while my mother is a housewife. I am a friendly and enthusiastic
person, honest and flexible to work at any time. I can work for a long time without taking a
break. Thanks.

5. Introducing as New Employee
