dysuria,
Microscopic Vaginal ph <4,5, pseodohifa, Vaginal pH >4.5 and clue
hifa cells on saline wet mount

Macroscopic Discharge are described as Discharge is off-white, thin,

milk, can vary from wet to and homogeneous, and
thick homogeneous the odor is an unpleasant
secretions "fishy smell"
Diagnosis Culture, vagina swab + KOH, Amsel criteria, Gram stain,
cytology Cytology, Culture, and
Commercial tests

Treatment - Nisatatis 100.00 Antiobiotics and Probiotics

- Ketokonazole 200mg
2x/day (5-7 days)
- Itrakonazol 2x100 mg (3
days)
