indis’s leading procedure of watches. The company is engaged in
manufacturing of watches, jewelry, precision engineering and eyewear.
They produce watches under the brand name Titan, fastrack, sonata,
nebula , RAGA, Regalia, octane & Xylys. They export watches to about 32
countries around the world. They manufacture precious Jewellery under
the tanishq brand name . titan industries ltd is a joint venture between the
tata group, and the tamil nadu industrial development corporation.

 Titan Engineering and Automation limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Titan .

 It was formerly Known as Titan- Precision Engineering Divison . The companynow deals in machine
building, automation and component manufacturing


 Swiss watchmaker, Favre Leuba AG, was acquired in 2011 and incorporated as a subsidiary of Titan in
2012. The company was aquired for 2 million pound. Its headquarters in Solothurn , Switzerland.


 Caratlane Trading private limited was founded in 2007 abd Titan acquired 62% stake in 2016 at the cost
of 50 million dollar.


 Titan watch company limited, hong kong is currently a 100% subsidiaty of Favre Leuba AG, Switzerland .
