My visit to Frankfurt for the 2014 Auto

Show was great. This was the 65th edition
of the fair. It took place from September
25th to October 2nd in Hanover, Germany.

I arrived in Germany on Tuesday, 23rd of

September, two days before the start of the
event. I flew from New York to Frankurt. I
enjoyed the flight a lot.

I arrived at the exhibition center on

Wednesday, which was the first day of the
show. There were outdoor and indoor
exhibitions and lot of visitors.

I first visited the electric cars pavilion.

There were several exhibitions by different
car makers. I enjoyed them all.
The place was full of people because the
cars were really amazing.

A few days later, I attended a presentation

about the cars of the future. The exhibitors
showed a 3D clip about new technologies in
car manufacturing. These exhibition was
very interesting too. They even had a see-
through model car made in glass.

Before the end of the show, I had the

opportunity to do a drive test of a very
modern vehicle.

I traveled with a group of visitors to a nearby

circuit. We chose our favorite car and drove
along the circuit for several minutes. I felt
like a real race pilot!

Before leaving Germany, I had to try the

local food: sausages, of course! During the
last day of the show, I visited one of the local
restaurants. I ordered the Frankfurter
Würstchen which means “The little
Frankfurt saugage” It was absolutely
delicious! I also had a sauerkraut (cabbage
in vinegar) and a beer with it. These are the
usual sides that German people eat with
sausage.

My visit to the sewing week in Paris was

great, my visit to the sewing week in Paris
in 2019 was great. First trip from Bogota
Colombia to Paris, to the thirtieth edition
of spring summer. It took place on January
22 in Paris, France.

Arrive in France on January 20 two days

before the start of the fashion show.

I arrived at the place of the event, I had to

wait a long time before it started, there
were famous people especially the
watching ladies like Kate Moran, Alma
Jodorowsky, Cécile Cassel and Marion
Cotillard of course were the most
prestigious designers like Jean Paul
Gaultier, Victor & Rolf haute couture,
Armani Prive.

The event lasts 7 days, where several

models are presented, and for each day
people prepare the different scenarios
that are captivating, they go according to
what they want to express to all their
viewers.

Before the show ended, I approached to

take a picture of this model that presents a
creation of the Spring-Summer 2019
collection by the German designer Kar, in
this dress you can appreciate the work so
hard and wonderful designer.

Besides all the fashion was not only

present, we went out with some friends to
walk through the beautiful and crowded
streets of Paris since this city is very
beautiful.
And we visited some museums and ate in
fine restaurants.

Finally try the delicious loaves of Paris and

its region, the queen is the Parisian
baguette, the croissant and the pain tourné
of French tradition apparently were
adopted by the bakers of Napoleon III so
that the bread could be transported more
easily by the soldiers In bell. It was during
the twentieth century when it spread to the
rest of the country. Its manufacture has not
changed since the thirties.

From the hotel where we stayed, there

was the imposing Eiffel Tower, and I took a
picture of it, besides before leaving Paris
we visited some bars where we had the
best wine of the place.
I always wanted to be there and all those
days we were in Paris was a dream that I
will never forget.
